Some Suggestions

Based on Our Experience

We recommend arriving at least two days before the wedding to adjust to jet lag and be fully energized to enjoy the weekend we’ve planned.

If you plan to explore the area, here are some recommendations:

Cancún

  • For a late-night arrival and easy access to the bus station, Caleta Hostel was very convenient.

Caleta Hostel

  • For nightlife, we liked Aloft Cancún, near the clubs.

All-Inclusive Resorts
If you're up for some relaxation before the wedding, there are resorts for all preferences: peaceful, family-friendly, or with a party vibe.

Holbox Before the Wedding
If you want to arrive a few days early, the island has many hotel and Airbnb options. It’s a small place—you can walk almost anywhere, even from the farthest points.

And After the Wedding?

After recovering from the… emotional hangover 😉 we encourage you to keep enjoying paradise!

Stay in Holbox a few more days to unwind, enjoy the beach, and maybe see the bioluminescence. We’ll be staying a couple of days longer too.

Explore the area
from Playa del Carmen or Cancún, you can take trips to amazing spots like Cozumel, Chichén Itzá, cenotes, or the Tulum ruins.

We especially recommend Playa del Carmen—it’s well located and full of energy.

We’re so excited to share this adventure with you! If you have any questions or want more recommendations, feel free to write to us!
