How to Get There?

Step 1: Fly to Cancún

The easiest way to begin this adventure is by flying to Cancún International Airport, the closest airport to our destination.

Step 2: Cancún → Chiquilá

From Cancún, there are several ways to get to the port of Chiquilá:

Rental Car: Ideal if you want to travel at your own pace.

Step 3: Chiquilá → Holbox Island

Now the fun begins!

Ferry: Two companies operate every 30 minutes, from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Speedboat: Our favorite option—we even saw dolphins on the way! There are always boats available at the Chiquilá port, fitting up to 10 people. We’ll share the contact info of the person we used, in case you want to recreate the experience.
